Methode Electronics has appointed Laura Kowalchik as its new Chief Financial Officer starting October 1, 2024. Bringing extensive experience from her previous roles at CPI, Dayco Incorporated, and Kenwal Steel Corp., Kowalchik will take over from interim CFO David Rawden. With an impressive educational background, her compensation package includes a $600,000 annual salary, eligibility for a significant annual bonus, a long-term incentive plan, a sign-on bonus, and other benefits, ensuring she’s rewarded for her contributions to the company’s financial leadership.
