METabolic EXplorer, an industrial fermentation leader, has been converted to judicial liquidation by the Paris Commercial Court, following the sale of its activities to Avril. Consequently, METEX shares will not resume trading and will be delisted from Euronext, rendering them valueless as the sale will not cover the company’s liabilities.
