Meteoric Resources NL has divested its Palm Springs Gold Project to WIN Metals Ltd in a deal valued at up to $5 million, involving cash and shares. This sale allows Meteoric to concentrate fully on its Caldeira Rare Earth Ionic Clay Project in Brazil. The proceeds from the transaction will bolster Meteoric’s balance sheet and assist in the advancement of the Caldeira Project.
