Metech International Limited has announced the creation of a joint venture with Colorful Paradise Agricultural Cooperation Co., Ltd. (CPAC) to collaborate in the agricultural machinery and renewable resource equipment sectors. The new Singapore-based joint venture company will have an initial share capital of S$1,000,000, with Metech’s subsidiary AGT holding a 70% majority stake and CPAC holding the remaining 30%.
