Metech International Limited successfully conducted an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on May 11, 2024, at Raffles Marina, Singapore, chaired by Mr. Er Kwong Wah. Shareholders were in attendance with Mr. Wah voting as proxy in accordance with their directions. The meeting proceeded with a quorum present and resolutions were voted on by poll following the requisite rules and regulations.
