Metech International Limited has appointed Mr. Pang Wei Hao as the new CEO, with Mr. Cao Shixuan ending his role as a Board consultant but continuing as a General Manager in China. The search for a new Chief Financial Officer is ongoing, with the intention to announce the appointment on SGXNet once finalized. Additionally, the company is finalizing the appointment of an Independent Director to comply with the Catalist Rules, following the retirement of the previous director.
