Metech International Limited has announced the withdrawal of Ordinary Resolution No. 4 concerning the re-election of Mr. Hwang Kin Soon Ignatius, who has decided not to seek re-election and will retire at the upcoming AGM on June 29, 2024. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Hwang’s contributions during his service. Details of his retirement will be published following the rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
