At the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Metcash Limited, all proposed resolutions were passed with the required majority, in line with the Directors’ recommendations. Key resolutions included the re-election of Ms. Margaret Haseltine as a Director, the adoption of the Remuneration Report, and the approval of performance rights grants to the Group CEO, Mr. Douglas Jones. This unanimous shareholder support reflects a strong backing for the company’s current management and strategic direction.
