Metavisio SA successfully held its general meeting where all proposed resolutions, except one, were approved by the shareholders. The board of directors saw a new appointment with Mr. Alexander Rees-Evans joining the team. The company clarified that its recent authorization for issuing ORA is solely to utilize the pre-agreed amount without further meetings.
