Metasphere Labs Inc., formerly known as Looking Glass Labs Ltd., has announced the addition of Mr. Guy Bourgeois as an independent director, bringing with him a 30-year track record of advising and growing innovative companies. The company has also acknowledged the departure of Ms. Armita Jalooli from the directorial board. Metasphere Labs, located in Vancouver, focuses on creating metaverse solutions with an emphasis on social impact and climate change.
