Metasphere Labs Inc. has clarified its acquisition of AI web3 assets CarbonBot and ClimateBot, and its developments in environmental technology partnerships. The company has detailed additional information on development costs and the lack of patents or licenses for the acquired assets. Furthermore, Metasphere has formed a consortium to develop a carbon-aware routing protocol, owning 50% of the new entity, with Ecoblox and PureSky owning the remainder.
