MetalsTech Limited has announced a new issue of 260,000 ordinary fully paid shares, which will be quoted under the ASX security code MTC. These shares have been issued as part of an agreement for public media and investor relations services, replacing the need for cash payment for the services provided from July to December 2024. The announcement was made public on August 13, 2024.
