MetalsTech Ltd has successfully completed its Security Purchase Plan (SPP), receiving subscriptions for 10,420,710 shares, totaling $2.396 million, without scaling back applications. The company has also issued a prospectus to replace the SPP, allowing shareholders to trade their new shares freely, with the offer closing on June 12, 2024. MetalsTech appreciates the ongoing support from its shareholders as it continues to develop the Sturec Gold Mine in Slovakia.
