MetalsTech Ltd has announced a change in the shareholding structure, with INTERNATZIONALE TRUST and MRS RACHEL D’ANNA’s voting power decreasing from 12.19% to 8.96%. The adjustment follows a share sale agreement and a Deed of Amendment involving Gino D’Anna and resulting in a reduction of 5,400,000 ordinary shares in their voting power. These changes took place between August 30, 2024, and September 10, 2024, and are now reflected in the company’s records as of September 25, 2024.
