MetalsTech Limited has disclosed that shareholder Minerva Investment Company, which holds more than 5% of the company, has issued formal notices under the Corporations Act seeking to remove director Candice Stevenson from the board. Minerva has requested that a general meeting be convened for shareholders to vote on a resolution to remove Stevenson as a director, in line with the company’s constitution and applicable legislation.
