Metals One PLC (GB:MET1) has released an update.
Metals One PLC has announced that Kingsrose Mining Limited has successfully completed the second stage of their earn-in agreement for the Råna Ni-Cu-Co Project in Norway, now holding a 51% interest. The recent drilling program saw 706 meters drilled, with results pending, and Kingsrose intends to increase their stake to 65% with further investment. Metals One, in turn, has issued new shares as part of the transaction and expects to trade these shares on the AIM market shortly.
