Metals Exploration PLC, a gold producer in the Philippines, successfully passed all resolutions during their General Meeting, with overwhelming shareholder approval in both ordinary and special resolutions. The resolutions included approvals for the Directors to allot Ordinary Shares, the 2023 Management Incentive Programme, acquisitions, and buy-backs, with a notable majority voting in favor of each resolution.
