Metals Exploration PLC, a gold production company in the Philippines, has announced the exercise of options by two Non-Executive Directors, Andrew Chubb and Timothy Livesey, for a total of 13,200,000 new ordinary shares. This transaction is expected to increase the company’s issued share capital to 2,117,944,721 ordinary shares and will be reflected in the market upon Admission to trading on AIM around 26 June 2024. Shareholders should note this change for their interest calculations in the company according to FCA guidelines.
