Metals Exploration (GB:MTL) has released an update.
Metals Exploration PLC, a gold producer in the Philippines, has announced the successful buyback of a significant number of shares from Runruno Holdings Limited, amounting to 298,576,651 ordinary shares at a cost of approximately £14.9 million. This transaction has reduced RHL’s stake in the company to 5.21%, resulting in the termination of their relationship agreement from 2020. Following the buyback, Metals Exploration now has a revised total voting rights figure of 1,823,153,066 shares.
