Metals Exploration PLC, a gold producer in the Philippines, has announced the sale of 100 million shares at 6p each by MTL Luxembourg S.a.r.l. to Drachs Investments No 3 Limited, an existing shareholder. This transaction changes the significant shareholdings, with MTL Luxembourg owning 37.67% and Drachs Investments holding 18.37% of the company’s voting rights.
