Metalpha Technology Holding Limited, previously known as Dragon Victory International Limited, has mutually agreed with Natural Selection Capital Holdings Limited to terminate a set of warrants that were initially part of a consulting agreement. The termination means that neither party holds further obligations or liabilities with respect to the warrants, and no compensation is due from either side. This legal action is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, where both companies are incorporated.
