Metalore Resources (TSE:MET) has released an update.

Metalore Resources Limited has successfully completed its annual general meeting, securing shareholder approval for all proposed matters, including setting a five-member Board of Directors and appointing new executive officers. The company, a longstanding producer of natural gas, continues to finance its gold and minerals exploration in Northwestern Ontario through its gas revenues, collaborating with Equinox Gold Greenstone Gold Mines on the Brookbank gold properties.
