Metallurgical Corp of China’s AGM: Resolutions Passed

Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. Class H (HK:1618) has released an update.

Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. successfully held its 2023 Annual General Meeting on June 25, 2024, where all proposed resolutions were passed by attending shareholders and proxies. The meeting was well-attended, with 57.4376% of total voting shares represented. Despite China Minmetals’ associate, CMGC, abstaining from two resolutions due to interest conflicts, the AGM proceeded without any other voting restrictions and in accordance with the PRC Company Law.
