Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. Class H (HK:1618) has released an update.

Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. has completed the registration of transferring 44.258% of its shares from China Metallurgical Group Corporation to China Minmetals Corporation. This transfer, while significant, does not alter the actual control of the company, as it remains under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The move is not expected to affect the company’s production or operations.
