Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd. has announced a final cash dividend of RMB 0.72 per 10 shares for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, payable on August 15, 2024. Shareholders must register by July 25 to be eligible, with the Hong Kong share register paying in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.096727. Withholding tax rates for non-resident individual and enterprise shareholders stand at 10%, while resident individuals face a 20% rate.
