Metallis Resources Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise $750,000 through the issuance of 5.77 million units priced at $0.13 each, with added share purchase warrants. The funds are designated for exploration activities on the company’s Canadian and American properties and for general corporate purposes.
