Metallis Resources Inc. is set to raise $750,000 through a non-brokered private placement of 5.77 million units to fund exploration activities and for corporate purposes. The units, priced at $0.13, include a share and a purchase warrant, with the latter allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.18 for three years.
