Metallis Resources Inc. has successfully closed an over-subscribed non-brokered private placement, raising $890,500 to fund exploration activities at its Kirkham and Greyhound properties. The financing involved issuing 6,850,000 units consisting of shares and warrants, with regulatory approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The funds will support field exploration work and general corporate purposes.
