Metallic Minerals Corp. has launched its 2024 exploration programs at the Keno Silver project in the Yukon and the La Plata project in Colorado, focusing on expanding known resources and testing new targets. The Keno Silver project near Hecla Mining’s operations is set for a drilling program to increase its existing 18.2 million ounces of silver equivalent resources. Meanwhile, La Plata’s field programs are advancing, with drilling planned to extend the Allard resource area’s copper and precious metals mineralization and to explore over 20 new high-priority porphyry targets.
