Metalite Resources Inc. has announced a significant partnership through its subsidiary Osprey Advanced Materials Inc., which has secured a 10-year contract mining agreement with Ferromin Inc. for the Titan Project in Ontario. The deal involves Ferromin conducting contract mining operations and paying royalties to Osprey, underscoring the high-quality aggregates found at the site. Additionally, the agreement extends Osprey’s exploration capabilities and provides material for metallurgical processing tests.
