Jones and Mario Miranda stepping down and the appointment of Jeff Berman and Jeremy Goldman as their replacements, effective June 26, 2024. Berman brings his expertise as a litigator and corporate law partner, while Goldman offers over two decades of experience in venture-stage technology and finance.
