Metalicity Limited, soon to be known as Arika Resources Limited, has announced its application for the quotation of securities on the ASX, as detailed in their Appendix 2A submission dated 19/09/2024. The securities in question were part of a pre-announced transaction, disclosed to the market previously on 31/07/2024. As per the ASX Listing Rules, all necessary information and documents have been provided to ASX and will be made publicly available, with the company agreeing to the stipulated terms.
