Metalex Ventures Ltd., a mining-focused company, has rewarded two of its independent directors with 300,000 deferred share units (DSUs) for their service in the past quarter. These units are priced at $0.05 each and will become fully vested one year from their grant date, offering the directors the option to convert them into company shares or receive equivalent cash value upon their directorship termination.
