Metalero Mining Corp. Completes Initial Funding Round

Cortus Metals, Inc. (TSE:MLO) has released an update.

Metalero Mining Corp. has successfully closed the first tranche of its private placement, raising $903,500 through the issuance of over 6 million shares. The funds are earmarked for exploration and development in Nevada, as well as for general working capital. Significant participation came from insider Sean Mager, who increased his ownership stake in the company to above 13%.
