Metal Hawk Limited has announced a change in the interest of Director David Pennock, effective as of August 7, 2024. Prior to the change, Pennock held a direct interest in 450,000 fully paid ordinary shares and various indirect interests through WAGOE INVESTMENTS PTY LTD and ASTROGEM PTY LTD, including over 2.6 million shares, unlisted options with varying expiry dates and conditions, and performance rights. This notification to the ASX is a routine disclosure in compliance with corporate governance regulations.
