Metal Energy Corp. reports promising results from its first drill hole at the SourceRock project, with increasing concentrations of essential elements, particularly lithium, correlating with depth in brine reservoirs. The findings suggest the presence of the right type of chloride-rich brines associated with lithium production. The company intends to conduct a geophysical survey to map the subsurface geology and further explore the potential of a large mature halite salar indicated by the results.
