Metaguest.AI, formerly known as BnSellit Technology Inc., has successfully completed a private placement, raising $121,015 through the sale of 403,384 units at $0.30 each. Each unit includes a common share and a half warrant, with full warrants exercisable at $0.50 until late December 2025. The funds are earmarked for working capital, contributing to the ongoing development of advanced AI platforms for the hospitality industry.
