Metaguest.ai Incorporated, previously known as BnSellit Technology Inc., has successfully completed a private offering, generating $130,095 through the sale of 433,650 units priced at $0.30 each. These funds are earmarked for working capital, with each unit including a share and a half-warrant, the latter being exercisable at $0.50 until September 2025. This strategic financial move builds on the company’s aggregate fundraising of $310,034 since November 2023.
