Meta Health Limited has announced a reconstitution of its board and committees, effective from August 1, 2024, appointing Mr Sim Mong Keang as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Mr Law Ren-Kai, Kenneth, as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Additionally, Dr Bernard Ng Kee Huat will join the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee, and the Remuneration Committee. These changes ensure the company complies with Singapore’s corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
