Mesa Air Group (MESA) has shared an update.
Mesa Air Group, Inc. has announced the resignation of Jonathan Ireland from its Board of Directors, effective August 1, 2024. Ireland, who was appointed by United Airlines, will not seek reelection at the upcoming shareholder meeting. United Airlines retains the right to nominate his successor, with the Board’s approval. Importantly, his departure is not due to any disputes with the Company’s operations or management.
