Meridian Mining UK S has launched a $15 million public offering through a syndicate led by Beacon Securities Limited and BMO Capital Markets, selling over 42 million common shares at $0.35 each. The company plans to use the proceeds for advancing its Cabaçal project, including a pre-feasibility study, drilling, exploration, and general corporate purposes. The offering is set to close around April 9, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals, including from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
