Meridian Energy Limited has disclosed that Director Tania Joy Te Rangingangana Simpson has increased her beneficial ownership in the company, with her total ordinary shares rising from 5,140 to 7,288. The disclosure, as per the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, indicates a single transaction and the shares are registered to New Zealand Depository Nominee Limited.
