KPMG Auditores S.L. has completed the audit of Meridia RE IV, SOCIMI, S.A.U. and its subsidiaries, concluding that their consolidated annual accounts fairly represent the company’s financial position as of December 31, 2023. The audit, conducted in accordance with Spanish regulations, supports the Group’s financial statements and asserts the firm’s independence, having identified no conflicts of interest.
