Mercia Asset Management PLC, a specialist alternative asset manager with approximately £1.8 billion in assets, has released its Annual Report for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, and has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 26, 2024. The report and details about the AGM are available on the company’s website, with printed copies mailed to shareholders upon request. The AGM will include a resolution to reclassify the company’s status under the AIM Rules.
