Mercia Asset Management PLC, a specialist asset manager with over £1.5 billion in assets, has bought back 25,000 of its own Ordinary shares for 34.01 pence each as part of its Share Buyback Programme, with the repurchased shares now held in treasury. The current number of Ordinary shares in issue is 433,022,109, excluding those held in treasury. These transactions, conducted on the London Stock Exchange, allow shareholders to adjust their holdings accordingly.
