Mercia Asset Management Executes Share Buyback

Mercia Asset Management Plc (GB:MERC) has released an update.

Mercia Asset Management PLC, a specialist asset manager with over £1.5 billion in assets, has repurchased 235,000 of its own shares at a price of 33.50 pence each, as part of its Share Buyback Programme. Following the transaction, they will hold these shares in treasury and have announced that the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is now 433,047,109, excluding treasury shares. The company plans to continue its buyback initiative and will notify shareholders of any further purchases.
