Mercia Asset Management Executes Share Buyback

Mercia Asset Management PLC, with over £1.5 billion in assets, has executed a share buyback, purchasing 240,000 Ordinary shares at a uniform price of 35 pence each on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will be held in treasury, reducing the number of shares in circulation and potentially affecting shareholder notifications under the FCA’s rules. Further announcements are expected as the Share Buyback Programme progresses.
