Mercia Asset Management Executes Share Buyback

Mercia Asset Management Plc (GB:MERC) has released an update.

Mercia Asset Management PLC, a specialist asset manager with assets exceeding £1.5 billion, has announced the buyback of 140,000 of its Ordinary shares at a price of 33.50 pence each, as part of its Share Buyback Programme. These shares will now be held in treasury, reducing the number of shares in issue and consequently might affect shareholders’ notifications related to their interest in the company. Further announcements are expected following the completion of additional purchases under the programme.
