Mercia Asset Management Executes Share Buyback

Mercia Asset Management PLC has successfully executed a share buyback, purchasing 245,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 35.50 pence each on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will be held as treasury shares, reducing the number of shares in issue to 434,282,111. The buyback is part of a previously announced Share Buyback Programme, indicating the company’s ongoing strategy to manage its share capital.
