Merchant House International Limited successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting, with all resolutions passed by shareholder poll. Shareholders represented a substantial 73,415,304 shares in the company’s voting process. Notably, the resolution for the re-election of Director Ms. Xiao Lan Wu was withdrawn prior to the meeting, while the appointment of a new Auditor was carried unanimously.
